About Us

Meet Coach Cass

I’m Cassandra Craddock — known to most as Coach Cass. I’ve been a qualified Personal Trainer since 2016, working with clients across Australia in gyms, studios, and fitness centres, coaching people of all ages and abilities. My passion lies in movement, wellness, and helping others feel strong, confident, and empowered in their bodies.

I started competing in Bodybuilding in 2018 and have since stepped on stage five times, consistently placing in the top five. As a 100% natural, vegan athlete, I’m proud to have won multiple titles including Overall Fitness and Sports Model, and achieved my Sports Model Pro Card with the NBA in 2023.

Nutrition has always played a big role in my journey. I’ve followed a plant-based diet since 2016 and completed my Diploma in Sports Nutrition in 2025. Whether I’m blending a smoothie bowl or educating clients on macros, I’m here to make nutrition simple and sustainable.

I also hold a 200hr Yoga Teacher Training certification and have taught classes since 2020. With a love for both strength and stillness, I bring a holistic approach to coaching—blending science, mindfulness, and a whole lot of heart.

When I’m not coaching, I work FIFO in remote WA as a full-time Health & Wellness Coach, managing onsite gyms and wellness programs for FIFO workers. Outside of that, I run my online coaching business, supporting clients across Australia to become the strongest, most confident versions of themselves — inside and out.

I believe coaching should support your entire being — body, mind, and lifestyle. Whether you're training for the stage or simply want to feel better in your own skin, I’m here to guide you with education, empathy, and a whole lot of encouragement.

“Your only competition is your potential.”
